Have you ever wondered what Punk band Bad Religion would sound like if we lived in an 8-bit computer game world? Neither had I until I found these amazing 8-bit covers of Bad Religion songs created by Soundcloud user ShawnDaley! You can download some of the songs and listen to all of them here and apparently there are more to come so keep checking back to see what songs Shawn covers next!

I’m going to see Bad Religion play live at Koko in London in August and this has just made me even more excited about it!

Here is pretty much the only good photo I took last night at the And So I Watch You From Afar gig at the Thekla in Bristol (which has been cropped but not photoshopped/edited in any other way) and I love the fact that even though everybody was jumping around and just generally going crazy, the only person perfectly in focus is the band’s bass player. I wouldn’t be able to take another picture like that if I tried

I had a rubbish afternoon at work but everything was made better by going to see And So I Watch You From Afar a.k.a asiwyfa play live at the Thekla in Bristol, UK, and here’s a design I made last time I saw them. I love the band’s logo so I incorporated it into their name and turned it into a couple of posters

I’m a big fan of the band ‘Ok Go’ and last time I saw them live I created this design, ‘Tim, Damian, Dan & Andy’, which you can now purchase as prints from society6.com/byway and from my RedBubble store, www.redbubble.com/people/byway!

Here’s the new Queens of the Stone Age logo, and I’m liking it very much. Head over to www.qotsa.com to sign up and receive updates about something coming in june…

And So I Watch You From Afar’s tour poster inspired me to improve the design I made last year after seeing them live, so here’s how it looks now, in two versions

The instrumental rock band ‘And So I Watch You From Afar’ are starting their European tour next month (I’ve already got my ticket to see them play the Thekla in Bristol) and I love this tour poster that they’re using!

…The last time I saw them live I asked someone in the crowd for directions to the toilet and it turned out the person I’d talked to was their new guitarist

My Scott Pilgrim Sex Bob-Omb T-shirt design, ‘One, Two, Three, Four’, is now available to purchase from my RedBubble store, www.redbubble.com/people/byway!

…and if you’d like to see it printed on a 24 hour T-shirt site you can also still vote for it over at OtherTees.com and at Qwertee.com!

I don’t reblog many photographs but I love this one taken by one of my many favourite bands, And So I Watch You From Afar, while they’re on tour in America

I went to the O2 Academy Bristol a couple of nights ago to see Mark Lanegan play live and even though he is a great singer I have to admit the main reason I went was to see the support act, a Belgian rock band called Creature With The Atom Brain, whose video you can watch above for one of their best songs ‘Transylvania’.

They have a new album out in April and I highly recommend that people head over to creaturewiththeatombrain.com and www.facebook.com/creaturewiththeatombrain to check out more of their music!

Here is the video for the new Arctic Monkeys song ‘R U Mine’, and I think it sounds great. It actually reminds me of some of their early songs and I love that because ‘Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not’ is always going to be my favourite Arctic Monkeys album

My Sex Bob-Omb T-shirt design is now up for voting over at Qwertee.com! but if you can’t wait for Qwertee to print it you can buy T-shirts and stickers of the design over at Redbubble.com!

Here’s something I created for fun based on the Plumtree T-shirt that Scott Pilgrim wears in the film Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World

I went to see Ok Go play live at the Thekla in Bristol last night and the gig was so good it inspired me to create this design, which I hope other fans of the band will like
